DST Mastery Lab: Applied Guidance for Real Cases
Refine Your Practice. Deepen Your Mastery.
When: Wednesday, February 11 — 5:30–7:00 PM PST
Where: Online (Zoom)
Price: $49.95
This 90-minute DST Mastery Lab is designed for students, practitioners, and healing professionals who want to sharpen their skills in real time — by exploring how DST Somatics® applies directly to the people they’re working with and the questions arising in practice.
Bring your questions. Bring your client cases. Bring yourself.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
- Clarify what’s happening in client or personal cases through the DST lens
- Track nervous system states and relational patterns more precisely
- Adjust your pacing, presence, and somatic contact to support deeper outcomes
- Bridge theory and lived practice with clarity and confidence
- Ask questions and receive feedback in a warm, respectful, and attuned space
This is not clinical supervision or psychotherapy. It’s an open, supportive lab to grow your confidence, embody what you’ve learned, and move closer to mastery.
This session is ideal if:
- You’ve completed DST Step 1 or 2 and want guidance applying the work
- You’re currently working with clients or preparing to
- You’re seeking clarity on how to apply DST principles to challenging or persistent patterns
- You’re excited to keep growing in a supportive, like-minded community
This is where the work gets real — and where mastery begins.
